RCV recruits paid Co-ordinators to facilitate the partnerships between Members and volunteers.  Most Co-ordinators work part-time hours, working flexibly to meet the demands of the role.   A new opportunity is being created to provide operational leadership and support to RCV’s front-line staff team in Oxfordshire.
