I joined RCV in 2008 after working in banking for over 20 years. I have lived in VWH area for about 10 years. I have a Degree in Psychology which I wanted to use and RCV seemed the ideal choice.

The VWH Project is a very well established group with many successful and long term partnerships.

We hold a Pub Lunch every other month and try to do other social activities in between.

We are currently looking for new volunteers as we have lots of members waiting.

  • a gentleman would like to go to football matches
  • a wheelchair-bound man would like someone to accompany him to the gym
  • could you help to set up a PC for a gentleman
  • do you know anything about specialist voice-operated PC systems & could help a young man with using one
