RCV recruits paid Co-ordinators to facilitate the partnerships between Members and volunteers.  Most Co-ordinators work part-time hours, working flexibly to meet the demands of the role. Ask a Co-ordinator whether they like their job, and you're likely to hear how much they love it!  It's a privilege to be invited into someone's home, and a moment to behold when  a partnership flourishes and succeeds on its own.  Being a Co-ordinator means recognising that you play a very big part in someone's life, but knowing that you aren't likely to be part of that future. We add colour to life, and provide a pathway of opportunity.  RCV is where the journey of self discovery for adults with a physical disability often begins.........
