Ryder-Cheshire Volunteers (RCV) is a person-centred organisation which aims to give individuals the opportunity to recognise their potential, through leisure and learning activities. We look beyond a person's disability, to focus on what can be achieved, rather than what can't. If there's a leisure or learning activity you've always dreamt of doing, our job is to make it a reality.

In order to provide support, we work closely with volunteers, whom we seek out, train and support in their roles. We do recognise that individuals might also want to pursue their chosen activity without the support of a volunteer, which is fine, and something that we can help to organise as part of our role.  We have a great knowledge of the local areas that we work in, and if we don't have the answer, we'll do the research for you and/or ask someone who does know!
